1. Organizational Development
Our process is rooted in participatory methods and an inquiry-based approach, whereby partners identify their strengths and organizational priorities.
We facilitate organizational self assessments for teams to self reflect and agree on their own strengths and organizational strengthening priorities
We facilitate the development of an organizational strengthening action plan based on those identified priorities, considering available resources and capacities
We accompany and advise each partner on the implementation and follow up of their organizational strengthening action plan, bringing in external expertise and support as needed

2. Shifting Power and Shifting Funding
We aim to leverage our position and role to help shift power in the conservation space and advocate for more direct funding, more core funding and equitable partnerships.
We help partners fundraise and access direct funding opportunities, to shift more funding to frontline and grassroots conservation NGOs

Research - we will continue to collaborate with peers and partners on documenting grantmaking & partnership practices within the sector, as a means of increasing dialogue and reflection.

Strategic Communications - we will grow our communications channels, to focus on communicating upstream, at large NGOs, INGOs and donors. This will build on our recent report; transactional to relational and continue to elevate the needs and perspectives of CSOs.

We will continue and build on our donor outreach work, with dual aims; (1) Connecting partners to donors interested in funding their work directly (2) Growing a pool of donors providing unrestricted/core funding to our partners and to Indonesian organizations in general.
We take on consulting assignments when it aligns with our mission and values.
We are particularly interested in opportunities with values-aligned clients where we can evaluate, inform and advise the practices and strategies of Philanthropic institutions and international NGOs.
Our consulting work also subsidizes our offering to local organizations for whom we cannot identify a funding partner or who lack the resources to pay.
3. Consulting Services

We can advise on how to localize funding strategies and practises or how to design funding practices to more effectively support local CSOs. We can also conduct research, scoping and due diligence to inform the development and growth of funding portfolios, where this aligns with our aspiration to increase direct funding for local CSOs.
