Senior Organizational Development Advisor(s)
We are looking for a full time Senior OD Advisor that is passionate about partnering with local conservation NGOs and helping them build strong organizations. This person should be a skilled facilitator, listener and relationship builder. Somebody who listens to understand first, before offering advice or solutions. The ideal candidate would be somebody who has worked with or led environmental and conservation NGOs, and who understands the contexts in which they work and the day-to-day realities they face.

Communications Lead
This is Menjadi's first full-time communications-focused role. The successful candidate will build our communications function from the ground up, translating the impact of Menjadi’s and our partners’ organizational development work into compelling stories for funders, partners, and the wider conservation community. They will also maintain and grow our core digital presence (website, linkedin, newsletter) and sustain a consistent voice across everything Menjadi publishes.
