Organizational Development Associate
We are looking for a full time OD associate that is deeply passionate about shifting power to local CSOs in the conservation space and supporting local CSOs to succeed in their missions. This person should be a skilled facilitator, listener and relationship builder. Somebody who understands the realities, challenges and aspirations of environmental CSOs, who listens first before offering advice or solutions. This person should be excited about joining a small but dynamic team, where diverse opinions and perspectives are valued. This role requires a skilled communicator, collaborator and somebody who is highly proactive and great at taking initiative.
We are looking for a team member that will be focused on the facilitation and delivery of organizational development support to Menjadi’s partner organizations. This role will be responsible for facilitating organizational assessments, strategic planning and providing customized organizational development support including but not limited to; people management, program management systems, fundraising, financial management and safeguarding.
